Total Burned Fees Tracker#20

Implement an Avalanche Chain Fee Burn Tracker to display the total fees burned since inception.

• The user will have the possibility to switch and check the amount in both USD and AVAX values.

• There will be a section with a breakdown of burned via C-Chain vs burned via Subnets

• regarding the dollar amount the value should be calculated with the AVAX dollar price burn at the time of when the burn happens (use mean price of the day, or specific price of the thx).
